As part of our artists in residence program, The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort presents to you ‘Yoga with Laura’ a Vinyasa yoga program led by the renowned yoga instructor – Ms. Laura Lenhardt.

Laura who comes from Germany was mentored by Carl Faure and Calli Poppham at Stretch London as well as yoga icon Ana Forrest in Berlin. Her classes combine playful and flowing Vinyasa sequences with strengthening and grounding Forrest Yoga practice.

In this program, Laura will guide you through her unique and dynamic style of yoga, as you stretch, relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. A healing manner of practicing yoga that is suitable for all ages, types, and moods.
