Laura who comes from Germany, was mentored by Carl Faure and Calli Poppham at Stretch London as well as yoga icon Ana Forrest in Berlin. Her classes combine playful and flowing Vinyasa sequences with a strengthening and grounding Forrest Yoga practice.
