The Healing Journey at Moksha -Daily Yoga Programmes

At Moksha Hall, your healing journey begins with a personalized yoga consultation, followed by a detailed health assessment by our Ayurveda doctors and Yoga Teachers.Together, they design a customized yoga plan tailored to your health condition and level of yoga experience.

To support your Ayurveda treatments, Moksha offers a well-balanced schedule that includes yoga and meditation sessions for both beginners and experienced practitioners, thoughtfully timed for morning and evening participation.

Daily Yoga & Meditation Schedule
  • 6:00 – 6:30 AM: Guided Meditation
    Start your day with focused meditation practices that calm the mind and center the spirit.
  • 6:30 – 7:30 AM: Progressive Yoga
    An invigorating session designed for advanced practitioners to deepen their yoga journey.
  • 7:45 – 8:45 AM: Yoga Lite
    A gentle practice ideal for beginners or those looking for a softer approach.
  • 4:30 – 5:30 PM: Yoga Lite (Evening Session)
    A calming evening session for all levels, promoting relaxation and balance.
  • 5:30 – 6:00 PM: Rotational Evening Practice
