SWASTHA – THE AYURVEDA CENTER

Our ayurveda center in kerala is built in a traditional manner that allows the Ayurvedic principles to foster. The unique architecture is based on ‘Panchamahaboodha’ concepts (five elements) and this allows an abundance of natural light and air. There are a total of seventeen fully equipped treatment rooms, two steam bath chamber rooms and four doctor’s consultation rooms with two lobbies for guests.

Keeping up with our Ayurveda Philosophy, we are an alcohol-free resort. Moreover, our guests are encouraged to and normally stay for a period of 14 days or more in order to be able to fully immerse in the Ayurveda lifestyle.

The treatment rooms at Swastha Ayurveda Center are designed using traditional principles based on the Panchamahabhuta or the five elements of nature. This allows natural light and air to flow freely, creating a healing environment that supports authentic Ayurveda treatments.

Guests are encouraged to stay for at least 14 days to allow the body and mind to fully adapt to the Ayurvedic lifestyle and treatments. A minimum of two weeks would also help the guest undergo a Panchakarma detox which is difficult to conduct with fewer days.

No, Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is an alcohol-free space to align with Ayurvedic healing principles and promote holistic well-being. Additionally, we do not permit smoking or any other similar substances within our premises. This also helps people looking forward to quitting such habits, to be in a safe space which aids in achieving their aim.

Yes, All guests have a detailed first consultation before their treatments commence following which their treatment plan and medications are planned for the stay. Subsequently, the guests have a routine consultation with the doctors everyday before the treatments for the day. They also receive a final consultation during which the guest receives recommendations that can be followed back home. All of these consultations are included in the treatment program.

Swastha features seventeen fully equipped treatment rooms, two steam bath chambers, and well-ventilated spaces that support both comfort and traditional healing practices. We also have a lounge where the guests can relax for a while after their treatments, sipping a glass of warm herbal water.
