The theme of International Yoga Day this year is "Yoga for Women Empowerment." It will focus on enhancing the physical and mental well-being of women. To celebrate the day, various events and sessions will be organized globally to promote awareness about the practice of yoga.

The history of International Yoga Day dates back to 2014 when Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed the idea at the UN General Assembly. In his address, during the opening of the 69th session of the General Assembly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient tradition. Yoga embodies the unity of mind and body, thought and action. A holistic approach (that) is valuable to our health and well-being. Yoga is not just about exercise; it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world, and nature."

In celebration of International Yoga Day, starting at the beginning of June, we host a variety of yoga sessions including clapping yoga, laughing yoga, chair yoga, healing therapy, and specialized Yoga Nidra. These sessions are open to our guests and team members and are aimed at promoting the true meaning of yoga - "Union." Our main focus in conducting these sessions is to ensure the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all participants.

On June 21st, 2024, International Yoga Day, we are planning to conduct morning sessions following the Yoga Day protocol. We will also have a special mass Sun Salutation with a minimum of 50 participants to make their entire day shine and feel strong like the sun.
