Our commitment to quality begins with the careful selection of vegetables from trusted suppliers. We understand that not all produce is created equal, which is why our procurement team is trained to choose only the finest vegetables. Each item undergoes an initial quality check to ensure it meets our standards for size, color, and overall appearance. We look for vibrant, healthy-looking vegetables that indicate freshness and optimal ripeness.

Once the vegetables arrive in our kitchen, they are subjected to another round of quality checks. This step is crucial in maintaining our high standards. Our team examined each vegetable for any signs of damage or spoilage that might have been overlooked during the initial selection. We assess the size, color, and smell of the vegetables to ensure they are up to our culinary standards.

At times, even the best-looking vegetables can carry residues from pesticides and other contaminants. To address this, we have developed a thorough cleaning process that ensures the safety and purity of our ingredients. Our vegetables are washed in warm water to remove surface dirt and residues. For a deeper cleanse, we use natural elements like vinegar, soda powder, tamarind, and turmeric. These ingredients are known for their natural disinfectant properties. After the cleaning process, the vegetables are carefully dried and stored in our chiller. This step is essential in maintaining their freshness and extending their shelf life.

We also adhere to a special thumb rule in our kitchen to ensure that the nutritional integrity and flavor of the vegetables are preserved during cooking. For vegetables that grow below the ground, we start the boiling process with cold water. Conversely, for those that grow above the ground, we begin with hot water. This method ensures that each type of vegetable is cooked to perfection, retaining its optimal texture and taste.
